Oh My Sweet damn!!

No music title today. I'm too excited! (and 'cause the song on now is 'Disco Duck'. Damn Sirius 70's and Rick Dees! ;-) )
But the X-Men 3 trailer has been released online!!! And I didn't have to watch '24' to see it!!
I loved the teaser for this. I showed it to Freeway, and damned if we didn't spend the next 20 minutes going frame-by-frame finding all the Mutant goodies!
I will be seeing this movie. I absolutely can't wait!
lesgirly, if you don't have these guys on the hook for CAPE, I will be forced to beg and plead. Amd, I'm not used to begging a woman .... ok, well, never mind that. But it just looks that damn cool!

Waiting for a Girl Like You

I just don't get enough Foreigner music on a daily basis. thank you Sirius Big 80's!

-Comic run today. Hanging with dedagda and took the wife with me. She doesn't get to make it by the comic shop often, and while she's not a comic fan, she enables my addiction, and loves seeing the gang at the shop. Though Bazzer was off. Which sucks, because she loves him. He is a great guy after all.
-More CAPE goodness!! I'm eagerly anticipating. I love helping with the big day, and it looks like this year will be even bigger.
-Had some neighborhood kids help with my yard. Their dad is a great guy, with an amazing yard. Well, they weeded the front yard, and damed if almost all the stuff that I thought was grasss growing was weeds! I have to learn something about my lawn, man.
-glad for a few days off work. I'm at level 35 on World of Warcraft and enjoying every second. though the wife isn't. Or maybe she is. I'm not always easy to be around. Some of you may find that hard to believe. don't. I can be a right shit from time to time.
-I blame Ali for getting me stuck on Postsecret. it's insidious, man. But a fascinating look into the lives of people you may never know (or you you may think you know quite well)

You Got It (The Right Stuff)

-So, someone found my site by searching the phrase "what does no sunshine when she's gone mean?" into Yahoo. Welcome. As for your question, I can only presume the songwriter meant that the one he loved being gone made his world that much darker. Have you never felt that? It's a scary feeling giving someone that much of your heart. It's not suggested for the weak.
-Just found out the wife inadvertantly locked one of the cats in her office/the guest room for several hours. We think he'll think maybe he was being punished for something, but nah, he's pretty retarded that way. I'm sure he'll go on like nothing happened.
-Chili night/belated Birthday party went well. Good chili, got some good stuff, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Though now I am stuck with several cans of Coors light. (cause no way am I drinking it. I'm drink only a few types, and that AIN'T one of them)
-So, reproductively speaking, kind of a sucky-ass time to be a woman, eh? several states restricting abortion? Shit. Typical. Let's attack the symptoms, not the disease. As a man, it's hard for me to have too strong an opinion, but I say that abortion is slightly better than letting kids be born that aren't loved/wanted/cherished.
- Anyway.
-Comics day tomorrow. Off to hang with Bazzer and Dedagda and get some comic goodness. Maybe fresh CAPE news! Always fun, glad for the chance to hang with them, even if it's only every two weeks.
